This Privacy Policy explains how Nexus Orbit, a Garmin Connect IQ watch face provided by Ars Vita, handles information.

1. Information displayed on your watch

Nexus Orbit accesses available Garmin device data to display time, date, heart rate, battery level, steps, calories, floors climbed, elevation, and weather information.

These readings are processed locally for display. The watch face does not transmit your health or activity readings to Ars Vita or KiezelPay. Weather availability depends on your Garmin device and Garmin services.

2. Payment and license activation

Nexus Orbit uses KiezelPay for payment and license activation. The integration communicates with KiezelPay to request an activation code and verify purchase or license status. This involves technical information associated with the application, activation, and license.

When you use KiezelPay’s website or checkout, KiezelPay and its payment providers may process personal and transaction information under their own privacy policies.

Ars Vita does not receive or store your full payment card details or PayPal login credentials.

3. Permissions

Sensor History is used to access available sensor readings for display.

Communications and Background permissions support KiezelPay activation and periodic license checks.

4. Local storage

License status and information needed to operate the watch face may be stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the watch face does not automatically delete purchase records held by external payment services.

5. Support requests

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include. We use this information to respond, resolve technical problems, and assist with purchases or activation.

Please do not send passwords, full payment card details, or unnecessary health information.

6. Sharing and retention

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be handled by service providers as necessary for payment, licensing, and support, or disclosed where required by law.

Support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle your request and meet applicable obligations. KiezelPay and payment providers determine retention of information they process under their own policies.

7. Your choices

You may stop using Nexus Orbit and uninstall it from your device. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable obligations.

Requests concerning information held by KiezelPay or a payment provider should also be directed to that provider.

8. External services

Garmin, KiezelPay, payment services, and websites you visit operate under their own privacy policies. This policy covers Nexus Orbit and support provided by Ars Vita.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the watch face or its services. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
